A fitness Bootcamp for your Mind Body and Soul through Mindfulness activities and physical exercise

Bootcamps are intensive training in practical exercises and are known to be effective in physical training.
  “MIND-FIT” Bootcamps offer intensive practical Mindfulness training to improve your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.

What to expect

7 Sessions @ 1hr/ week with homework
Just like a normal bootcamp, we will do the 'exercises' and you make the commitment to continue the practice at home.   Session topics include:
  • Introduction to practical Mindfulness (not meditation as such)
  • Stress on our body/stimulate your vagus
  • Challenging judgements and expectations/how to train your lizard brain
  • Leaning into pain/Embrace life when all is sh*t
  • Learn distress tolerance through physical exertion (that's right... physical exerices too)
  • Experience peacefulness in your mind

This course can be very personally challenging.  Please bring a sense of humour and openness and the willingness to examine your own mind, body and soul
